Hi!
I’m Goda.
Lithuanian-born, barefoot-raised, intuition-led.
A wanderer of the wide world, and the inner landscapes.
I grew up with dirt under my fingernails, moss pressed soft against my soles, and blueberries I've picked staining my tongue - an early communion with the raw, unfiltered freedom of the earth.
It was slow. Sacred. Wordless.
And it stayed with me.
Even when I drifted far from it.
I didn’t grow up beneath stage lights or studio mirrors.
The dance classes I yearned for never came.
But still - movement found me.
Or maybe, I found myself… through movement.
Not in a single moment, but slowly.
Through breath and stillness. Through sweat and surrender.
Yoga. Vipassana. Contemporary dance. Climbing. Pole.
Capoeira. Primal movement. Calisthenics. Weights.
Each practice a key. Each moment a threshold.
Not toward a destination - but toward a feeling.
A knowing.
That my body, my breath, and the ground beneath me are not separate things,
but one continuous conversation.
I have lost & found myself. Again and again.
On moonlit streets and sun-drenched shores,
across the UK, India, Greece, Morocco, Croatia, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, the Philippines, Australia…
Each place a teacher.
Each silence an invitation inward.
So I traded theories for embodiment.
Books for bone. Certainty for presence.
I began listening to the quiet languages:
of the nervous system, of the subconscious, of somatic memory.
Of psychedelic insights and ancient truths buried in muscle, marrow, and mystery.
And so I only offer what I’ve lived.
What I’ve trembled through.
What I’ve touched with both hands and carried in my body.
Every class, every conversation, every moment of coaching is born not of perfection in knowing all the theory,
but of presence.
Of falling down and getting back up.
Of sweat, stillness, silence -
and the ache of deep loneliness that has taught me how to stay.
Discomfort became my teacher.
Curiosity, my compass.
And movement, always, my return.
I’ve danced barefoot in forests.
Climbed breathless up mountains.
Ridden waves across oceans, and descended into the blue hush of the sea on a single held breath.
I’ve sat, still and listening, in long and holy quiet.
I’ve gotten lost more times than I can count.
Only to find myself again - softer, wilder, more whole.
I find joy in poetry that lingers like smoke.
In deep bass that moves through the bones.
In a well-worn book, a quiet morning with my ukelele,
and the scent of firewood curling into winter air.
I’m forever learning -
that my sensitivity is not something to be hardened or hidden,
but a door.
A deep, trembling yes to this life.
A pulse asking to be heard.
Oceans of Movement -
is the breathing extension of that path.
It is not a method. It is a remembering.
A return to the body’s native language.
Where movement becomes prayer.
Where the body, resilient and open, becomes a way back home.
This is a space to meet ourselves as we are.
Not to escape discomfort - but to greet it.
Gently. Honestly. Together.
I believe in slowness.
In depth over speed.
In better questions over easy answers.
And if something in you is stirring as you read this -
then perhaps, you too, are on your way home.
Join the tribe of explorers ;)
